Log into your account, go to Settings > Account, and select Close Account. We'll check for any pending withdrawals or active games. Once confirmed, your account closes and you won't be able to log in or deposit. Any remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method within five business days.

Your name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified — these are tied to your withdrawal eligibility. You can add or remove payment methods (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) from your Wallet inside the account. Changes take effect immediately for new deposits but may require re-verification for withdrawals.

If we detect unusual activity, suspected fraud, or violation of our terms, we may suspend your account temporarily. You'll receive an email explaining the reason. Most suspensions lift within 48 hours after review. During suspension, you can't deposit or play, but your balance remains yours and is available once the suspension ends.

Minimum deposit is 50,000 IDR via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Minimum withdrawal is 100,000 IDR. Maximum per transaction depends on your payment provider's limits and your account verification level — see your Wallet for current caps. Contact support to discuss higher limits.

We process withdrawal requests Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Indonesia time. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers usually arrive within one hour of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays may extend processing time slightly.

Yes. Open a support chat or email us with your account username, the transaction date and amount, and why you dispute it. We'll investigate within seven days and either reverse the charge or provide evidence that you authorized it. Include any screenshots or payment confirmation numbers you have.

All promotions we advertise come with specific terms — playthrough requirements, eligible games, expiry dates and withdrawal conditions. These are displayed when you enter a promo code or open the bonus. Read them carefully; once you accept a bonus, you're bound by those terms. We don't change bonus terms mid-promotion.
